20MM GATLING GUN SYSTEMS
F-15E Gatling Gun System
The 20mm F-15E Gatling Gun System is a lightweight linear linkless ammunition feed system, which offers configuration flexibility and improved ammunition packaging efficiency. These features provide additional space for other aircraft equipment.
F-16E Gatling Gun System
The 20mm F-16 Gatling Gun System is a fixed-forward firing system that provides maximum lethality against air-to-air and air-to-surface targets. The weapon system features the M61A1 six-barrel Gatling gun and a linkless ammunition feed system.
FA-18 Gatling Gun System
The 20mm FA-18 Gatling Gun system operates on the same proven principles that other General Dynamics 20mm Gatling gun systems use providing a wide array of extremely reliable features for positive round control throughout ammunition storage and the transfer cycle.
F-22A Gatling Gun System
The 20mm F-22A armament system features the lightweight M61A2 20mm Gatling gun and linear linkless ammunition feed system. The M61A2 provides up to 10 times the reliability of single-barrel guns, firing at 6,000 shots per minute and placing a controlled dispersion of projectiles in the path of the target.
M61A1/M61A2 Gatling Gun
The 20mm M61A1 and M61A2 is an externally powered six-barrel gatling gun systems that offers lightweight, highly lethal combat support for a variety of air, land and sea platforms. The M61A1 and M61A2 increases multiple-hit probabilities when compared to single barrel guns operating at lower rates of fire.
M-197 Gatling Gun
The 20mm M-197 Gatling Gun is a lightweight, three-barrel version of the M61A1 Gatling gun intended for applications that require a lightweight, highly reliable weapon capable of firing up to 1,500 shots per minute. The gun is specifically designed for helicopters, light fixed-wing aircraft and small naval attack vessels.
KF-21 Gatling Gun System
The KF-21 armament system features the lightweight M61A2 20mm Gatling gun and linear link less ammunition feed system. The M61A2 provides up to 10 times the reliability of single-barrel guns, firing at 6,000 shots per minute and placing a controlled dispersion of projectiles in the path of the target.
XM915 Lightweight Gatling Gun
The XM915 is the lightest 20mm Gatling Gun in the world. It features firing rates tailorable to 750 to 1,500 shots per minute, making it the ideal product for platforms that require air-to-air and air-to-ground lethality in a lightweight package.
25MM GATLING GUN SYSTEMS
GAU-22/A Gatling Gun
The 25mm GAU-22/A Gatling Gun is an externally powered Gatling gun selected for installation in the F-35 Lightning II fighter. The GAU-22/A was developed for both the internal and external F-35 gun systems.
30MM GATLING GUN SYSTEMS
GAU-22/A Gatling Gun
The 30mm GAU-8/A Gatling gun is used on the U.S. Air Force’s A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft and the Navy’s Goalkeeper Close-In Weapon System. The GAU-8/A provides a reliable, high-rate-of-fire, combat-proven weapon for close air support and shipboard defense missions.
